Advocate Balachander is one such individual, renowned for his decade-long service in the highly esteemed Madras High Court. His experience encompasses a robust portfolio in Civil law cases, Writ petitions, Family dispute resolutions, and Banking disputes, his proficiency extends to drafting Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) marking him as a versatile advocate capable of tackling complex legal challenges.
In addition to his practice, Advocate Balachander serves as a trainer for aspiring civil and district judges. Currently, he holds the position of Director at the Analytical Institute of Law, where he works toward creating a robust framework for the education and training of law aspirants. His commitment to public service, education, and legal practice ensures his dedication for the empowerment of the society.

One of Ramya's notable achievements includes collaborating with local communities and government agencies to develop and execute impactful conservation initiatives. Recognizing a significant gap in science education, she saw an opportunity to inspire the next generation.
Ramya's vision is to cultivate a scientific temper among school students, encouraging them to appreciate and understand the importance of Science in day to day life from an early age. At the Learning Academy, Ramya incorporates interactive learning experiences that emphasize the relevance of science in everyday life.
